Description:
The Club's most social tournament of the year!
All players who sign up will be invited, along with their spouse, to the Tournament's Opening Night. The Ryder Cup Opening Night Event will consist of dinner for all players and their spouses and watching the team draft and Day 1 pairings unfold. Each team will be led and drafted by one of GVCC's Professionals.
Day 1 matches (Four Ball) will consist of two-man teams from each team facing off in a best ball and alternate shot format
Day 2 (Singles) will consist of every member for both teams playing two nine-hole matches against someone from the other team.
Sides will earn 0, half, or 1 point for each loss, tie, and won match across the two days. The team with the most points after two days and 36 holes will be deemed the winning team.
