Wheelchairs 4 Kids is dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities. Mobility aids can multiply into tens of thousands of dollars.
Medicare will fund the original cost. However, Medicare will not come back for 5 years. So, as the child grows (2-3 years later), the wheelchair does more damage than good, causing medical problems like scoliosis, respiratory problems, and other physical infirmities.
The Marine Corps League, Longhorn Detachment is coming to the rescue with your support and donations. Your participation in this year’s Tournament will help us buy wheelchairs for Texas children in need.
